The Brazilian real estate market offers great opportunities, according to one auctioneer Sotherby's Brazil claims the nation's housing market offers a good deal, it is reported by the Brazil Arab News Agency. Those considering buying land or property in Brazil could be interested to hear the famous firm states it does not believe the global housing crisis has affected the Brazilian property market.

"Buying real estate is, once again, a good deal. It is a safe haven in times of crisis and Brazil has great opportunities to offer investors," Fabio Rossi, director of the firm, told the publication. He added that Rio de Janeiro, Florianopolis and Santa Catarina are regions that are all attracting a great number of foreign tourists at the moment.
